Thais have perfected healthy snack food: An afternoon snack of Grilled Kluay Hak Mook, an absolutely amazing Thai variety of banana that’s smaller and when grilled, has a skin that peels off wonderfully easily to reveal the slightly sweet, perfectly textured (not too soft, like most grilled bananas) and uniquely fragrant vibrant banana flesh.

Cambodians make that too 😒 as well as Vietnamese people. So. Asian.
